Abstract:
Cílem této práce je uvést čtenáře do problematiky projektového řízení a následně zanalyzovat strukturu společnosti Janta s.r.o. a procesy v ní probíhající. Výsledky budou využity při návrhu nového informačního systému, který bude také implementován.
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to introduce problems of project management and consequently analyse structure of the company Janta. Results will be used during designing of a new information system, which will be implemented.
