Synthesis and characterization of gold nanoparticles
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá syntézou nanočástic zlata a možnostmi jejich charakterizace pomocí UV ? VIS spektroskopie. Nanočástice zlata byly připraveny redukcí kyseliny tetrachlorozlatité pomocí citrátu sodného. Byl zkoumán vliv teploty, poměru reaktantů a pH na velikost a tvar výsledných částic. Také byly zkoumány možnosti syntézy nanočástic iniciované UV zářením.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the synthesis of gold nanoparticles and the possibilities of their characterization using UV-VIS spectroscopy. Gold nanoparticles were prepared by reduction of tetrachloroauric acid with sodium citrate. Influence of temperature, reactant ratio and pH on shape and size of nanoparticles was investigated.
