Innovation of the system to transporting seeds for the precision planting machine

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá inovací systému pro transport semen pro přesné setí. Na začátku práce je uvedena stručná historie secích strojů, na kterou pak navazuje rešerše patentové literatury, ve které jsou uvedena současná řešení. Dále práce obsahuje funkčně-objektovou analýzu vybraného současného řešení. Následně je v práci uvedeno osm konceptů, jenž jsou inspirovány řešením podobných problémů, které vychází z nepatentové rešerše. Pomocí výběrových tabulek je vybrán nejlepší koncept, který je dále zpracován do 3D modelu, ze kterého je vytvořena výkresová dokumentace. Na konci práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení systému a hodnotová analýza.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis pursues an innovation of a seed trasnportation system for precise sowing. At the beginning of the thesis, a brief history of sowing machines is given, which is followed by a research of patent literature, which shows current implementations of the system. Furthermore, the thesis contains functional-object analysis of a chosen current implementation. Eight concepts are presented in the thesis, all of them inspired by results of a non-patent research. Using selection tables, the best concept is selected and further processed into a 3D model, from which drawing documentation is created. Economic evaluation and a value analysis is carried out at the end of the thesis.
