Diplomová práce propojuje poznatky psychologie zdraví a pozitivní psychologie. Cílem bylo ověřit souvislosti mezi zdravotními stesky, se zdravím souvisejícím chováním a duševním zdravím u dospělých. The thesis combines knowledge of health psychology and positive psychology. The aim was to verify the link between health complaints, health-related behavior and mental health in adults.
