Negotiation in working conditions of a bank manager

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to make clear specification of negotiation while doing the job of a bank manager. The thesis is trying to provide a basic view over the issues related to negotiation as such and at the same time it gives a picture of how negotiation technics are applied in real life. As a cross section through banking industry it gives the thesis ability to understand manager’s communication process in different points of view. Thus it enables to see an importance of effective communication and the fact that negotiation is a part of daily life in great corporations.

Abstract:

Cieľom práce bolo objasniť špecifiká vyjednávania počas práce bankového manažéra. Práca sa snaží poskytnúť základný pohľad na problematiku vyjednávania ako takú a zároveň dáva možnosť vidieť, ako sa uplatňujú techniky vyjednávania v praktickom živote. Prierezom viacerých odvetví bankovníctva dáva práca možnosť vidieť komunikáciu manažéra z rôznych uhľov pohľadu. Vyjednávanie a riešenie konfliktov je náročná práca v každej činnosti a hlavne v bankovom sektore, ak berieme do úvahy rôznorodosť jednotlivých bankových činností v rôznych oddeleniach bankovníctva. Táto práca dáva možnosť pochopiť dôležitosti efektívnej komunikácie tým, že vyjednávanie je súčasťou každodenného života veľkých korporácií.
