Prednemocničná starostlivosť o pacienta s prechodnou stratou vedomia

Prehospital care of a patient affected by transient unconsciousness
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the importance of anamnesis in differential diagnostics of transient loss of consciousness. Practical outcome of the thesis is to create an additional anamnestic tool for paramedics, made as a form aimed at precise anamnesis of the transient loss of consciousness, which can help the further patient management to be more efficient.
Abstract:
Práca poukazuje na význam anamnézy v diferenciálnej diagnostike prechodných porúch vedomia. Výstupom práce je vytvorenie doplnkovej pomôcky pre záchranárov v podobe formulára zameraného na dôkladnú anamnézu prechodnej straty vedomia, čo môže prispieť k zefektívneniu ďalšieho manažmentu pacienta.
