Design of the building: The new building grammar school "V Obilí" - a variant solution in terms of low energy standard and standard with almost zero need for heat and energy

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh budovy gymnázia ?V Obilí? v nízkoenergetickém standardu. Hlavní částí práce je zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby budovy gymnázia ? průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, situační výkresy, architektonicko-stavební řešení ? technická zpráva, výkresová část, dokumenty podrobností. Ve druhé, výpočtové části je pro zpracovanou stavbu proveden výpočet tepelných ztrát obálkou budovy, určen objem a plocha obalových konstrukcí celé budovy. Dále jsou porovnány měrné ztráty prostupem tepla budovy referenční a budovy hodnocené, z tohoto výsledku je provedeno zatřídění budovy do klasifikačních tříd dle normy ČSN 73 0540. Poslední částí je část teoretická, která se zabývá obvodovými plášti budov, jejich rozdělením a zejména jejich požadavky.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the design of the building grammar school ?V Obilí? in the low-energy standard. The main part is the preparation of documentation for carrying out construction grammar school ? accompanying report and summary technical report, situational drawings, architectural and building solutions ? technical report, drawing part, the documents of details. In the second, calculation part is performed the calculation for prepared building of heat loss through the building envelope, is designed the volume and area of the building envelope constructions. Following are compared the specific heat loss through the building and the reference building, from this result is carried out of the building to the rating classes according to ČSN 73 0540. The last part is the theoretical part, which deals with the building envelope, dividing them and their particular requirements.
