Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovým řádem zejména nalézacím řízením. Cílem bakalářské práce je ověření uplatnění procesní právní normy v praxi nejen z pohledu správce daně.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with Tax Regulation particularly with the determination management. The aim of this thesis is the verification of application of the procedural rule of law in practice not only from the perspective of a tax administrator.
