Diplomová práce řeší problematiku jedné z nejzávažnějších chorob 21. století. Diabetes Mellitus je závažný svým systémovým postižením celého organizmu. Teoretická část je věnována komplexnímu rozboru onemocnění. Zabývá se jeho historií, etiologií, patofyziologií a klinickou diferenciací. Thesis deals with one of the most important diseases in the 21st century. Diabetes Mellitus is a serious handicap to its system-wide body. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of complex diseases. It deals with the history, etiology, pathophysiology and clinical differentiation.
