Cervicobrachial neuralgia, when it joins the classic to modern to solve the problem: hydrokinesitherapy and kinesiotaping.

Abstract:

Cervicobrachial Neuralgia is one of the most common disorders affecting the population. It is a disorder of the cervical system, which can be congenital or acquired, which affects over neck also arms and hands causing pain and numbness in the affected areas. The patient also finds difficulty in performing daily actions bringing inconvenience of medium entity also psychically. Therapies proposed by physiotherapy and medicine are increasingly effective to solve the problem and greatly reducing pains and inflammation already after a few sessions. In recent years we have been increasingly used some physical therapies such as (tecar, laser, ultrasound and electrotherapy). In addition to these, two other innovative methods for this pathology are: Idrokinesitherapy (through muscle strenghtening exercises to educate the correct posture of the spine and relaxation exercises as well as muscle also nervous) and Kinesiotaping.

Abstract:

La cervicobarchialgia ? una disfunzione che colpisce la popolazione tra i 20 e 80 anni con leggera predominanza nel genere maschile. E? una patologia nel 93% dei casi monolaterale, in pochissimi casi ? bilaterale. Significa dolore che origina dal collo e si irradia verso le dita della mano, seguendo il decorso del plesso brachiale (nervi che collegano il midollo spinale al braccio). Tra le cause c?? per esempio lo schiacciamento nervoso provocato dalla posizione dalla clavicola che ? pi? bassa e si avvicina alla prima costola oppure la compressione del nervo causata da un muscolo ispessito e contratto (Es. trapezio, piccolo pettorale), ma la causa principale ? l?ernia del disco a livello cervicale; se il nucleo polposo esce dalla sua sede anatomica e comprime le radici nervose, pu? causare: dolore forte e costante, intorpidimento, parestesie, bruciore, debolezza muscolare, formicolio (soprattutto alla mano durante la notte, la quale pu? essere percepita anche fredda e gonfia dal paziente).
