Bakalářská práce se zabývá základními metodami pro získání tržní hodnoty stavebního pozemku. Je zde uvedeno základní vysvětlení jednotlivých metod, jejich možných modifikací, návod jak a kdy se tyto metody dají použít, s uvedením možných úskalí. This thesis deals with basic methods for obtaining the market value of building land. There is provided a basic explanation of the various methods and their possible modifications, instructions on how and when these methods can be used, indicating the possible pitfalls.
