Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konkrétními právy pacientů v České republice. Snaží se zachytit nejdůležitější legislativní změny v této oblasti. Právě tyto změny se snaží zakomponovat do širšího společenského kontextu, je doplněna i o návrhy de lege ferenda, které si dávají za cíl zlepšit právní postavení pacientů, ale i zdravotnických zařízení. This diploma thesis deals with the concrete rights of patients in the Czech Republic. It tries to capture the most important legislative changes in this area.
