Analysis of weld defects and their causes during arc welding MAG

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje příčinám vzniku vad ve svarech při svařování v ochranné atmosféře tavící se elektrodou v závislosti na nastavení svařovacích parametrů a volbě postupu svařování. V bakalářské práci jsou, pospány základy svařování a také metodika hodnocení jakosti svarů při svařování. Experimentální část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na příčiny vzniku vad a jejich možnost odstranění při změně svařovacích parametrů. V závěru je uvedeno vyhodnocení nejlepších parametrů pro jednotlivé metody.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with possible causes of defects in welded joints emerging during the process of welding in the protective atmosphere wiht the usage of a melting electrode depending on welding measurements setting as on the particular welding method. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the essentials of welding as well as it presents the methodology of welded joints quality assessment. The parctical part focuses on possible causes of defects and their removal based on changing the welding parametres. The conclusion then brings the evaluation of the best parametres for each and every method.
