The utilization of HL7 V3 standard in data acquisition in the healthcare arena by service systems supported by technology of knowledge and information robots

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na získávání informací servisními systémy podpořenými technologií znalostních a informačních robotů v oblasti zdravotnictví pomocí zpráv definovaných ve standardu Health Level 7 V3. V práci si nejprve uvedeme obecné požadavky kladené na nástroje určené k získávání informací v oblasti zdravotnictví a představíme si možnosti, které nám nabízí servisní systémy podpořené technologií znalostních a informačních robotů. Poté si představíme zdravotnický standard Health Level 7 V3, který jsme identifikovali jako vhodný doplněk k možnostem nabízeným servisními systémy podpořenými technologií znalostních a informačních robotů. Popíšeme si pilíře, na kterých zmiňovaný standard stojí (referenční informační model, slovníkové domény a proces zjemňování a omezování). V poslední části práce navrhneme způsob, jakým mohou servisní systémy podpořené technologií znalostních a informačních robotů přistupovat k okolním systémům a získávat z nich informace pomocí zpráv definovaných podle Health Level 7 standardu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on data acquisition in the healthcare arena by service systems supported by technology of knowledge and information robots with use of messages defined in agreement with Health Level 7 V3 standard. First we will introduce the common requirements set on tools specified on data acquisition in the healthcare arena and we will show the potential of service systems supported by technology of knowledge and information robots. Then we will introduce the healthcare standard Health Level 7 V3, which we identified as suitable complement to the service systems supported by technology of knowledge and information robots potential. We will describe the pillars of mentioned standard (reference information model, vocabulary domains and refinement and constraint process). In the last part of the thesis we will draft the way how the service systems supported by technology of knowledge and information robots can build the road to other systems and how they can get the information from these systems with use of messages defined in agreement with Health Level 7 V3 standard.
