Abstract:
Tématem práce je postavení osob v předdůchodovém věku na ostravském trhu práce a možnosti jejich rekvalifikace. V teoretické části (kapitoly 1-5 ) jsou vymezeny a zpracovány výchozí koncepty, tzn.koncept trhu práce a jeho segmentace, postavení na pracovním trhu a faktory , které jej formují , koncept nezaměstnanosti a její důsledky v rovině ekonomické , sociální, psychické i zdravotní. The subject of this text is the position of pre-retirement age people on the labour market in Ostrava and possibilities of their requalification.There are basic concepts defined in the theoretical part (chapter 1-5).
