Design of agile development methodology implementation for software product development
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na aplikaci agilní metodiky Scrum na reálný tým, který se zabývá vývojem software produktu. Seznamuje se základy z oblasti softwarového inženýrství. Jsou zde popsány některé tradiční a agilní metodiky se zaměřením na agilní metodiku Scrum. V rámci práce byla provedena analýza týmu, jeho současného stavu a procesů. Na analýzu byly udělány návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The master´s thesis is aimed on aplication agile methodology Scrum on real team, which specialize on software product development. Thesis explained basics from software engineering. Described some traditional and agile methodologies and aimed on agile methodology Scrum. As part of the work was carried out analysis of team, current state a processes.
