Abstract:

Abstrakt:Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení pozice Českého národního podniku s. r. o. prostřednictvím různých nástrojů a metod strategické analýzy. Na základě získaných dat budou zformulována strategická doporučení pro úspěšný budoucí rozvoj společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. První část bakalářské práce je věnována popsání základní terminologie, důležitých pojmů a metod, které se tykají strategické analýzy podniku. Praktická část obsahuje profil společnosti Manufaktura, zkoumání makro i mikro okolí i analýzu vnitřních zdrojů podniku. K analýze vnějšího prostředí je použita PESTEL analýza. Pomoci analýzy vnitřního okolí jsou prozkoumané vnitřní zdroje podniku. Závěrem bakalářské práce slouží SWOT analýza jako komplexní zhodnocení společnosti, kde jsou definované její silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby a jejich možné vazby.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the status of the company Český národní podnik s. r. o. with the help of various methods and instruments of strategic analysis. On the basis of the received data there will be formulated the strategic recommendations for successful future development of the company. This bachelor thesis consists of practical and theoretical parts. The first part contains basic terminology, important concepts and methods are related to the company’s strategic analysis. The practical part contains the information about the company Česky národní podnik s. r. o., researches of macro and microenvironment and analysis of the internal resources of the company. For evaluation of the external environment is used the PESTEL analysis and Porter five forces analysis. Internal environment analysis is used to study internal resources of the company. At the end of the work is used SWOT as a comprehensive assessment of the company to determine its strengths and weaknesses, possibilities and risks, as well as their interrelation.
