Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá sterilizací v dohasínajícím plazmatu za sníženého tlaku. Princip sterilizace, který využíváme v této bakalářské práci, využívá plazmatu generovaného mikrovlnným polem. Jako pracovní médium jsou využívány plyny – dusík a kyslík. Abstract:
This thesis deals with plasma sterilisation in afterglow at reduced pressure. The principle of sterilisation, which we use in the thesis, uses plasma generated in microwave field. As working medium we use gases – nitrogen and oxygen. The aim of this thesis is verify the posibility of sterilisation in afterglow plasma in our experimental device and then to find optimal parameters like time of sterilisation …more
