Invalid termination of employment relationship
Abstract:
V předložené bakalářské práci rozebírám problematiku neplatného rozvázání pracovního poměru. Hlavním cílem je odhalit nejčastější problémy a nedostatky, kterých se zaměstnavatel, popřípadě zaměstnanec v oblasti skončení pracovního poměru dopouští a nalézt optimální řešení, jak těmto problémům předcházet.
Abstract:
In the present bachelor's thesis I discuss the issue of invalid termination of employment. The main objective is to identify common problems and shortcomings, which the employer or employee on termination of employment commit and to find optimal solutions to such problems.
