Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem postavení brněnských městských částí k městu Brnu v letech 2002 - 2006. V první části je popsáno rozdělení pravomocí mezi městskými částmi a městem Brnem. Druhá část se zaměřuje na komunální policy ve čtyřech zvolených městských částech (Bosonohy, Bystrc, Brno-sever, Žabovřesky) a na základě získaných poznatků jsou analyzovány rozdíly v postavení městských částí …more

The Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the position of the Brno city districts towards Brno City in the years 2002-2006. In the first part of this thesis the division of power between the city districts and Brno city is described. The second part focuses on the communal policy in four chosen city districts (Bosonohy, Bystrc, Brno-sever, Žabovresky) and on the basis of an obtained piece of information …more
