Práce se zaměřuje na pracovní činnosti oddělení Provozní zabezpečení zastávek, které je součástí Dopravního podniku hl. m. Prahy a které má na starosti aktualizaci zastávkových informací v dopravním systému PID. The thesis focuses on the work activities of the Operational Maintenance Department of public transport stops, which is responsible for updating stop information in the PID transport system. It also defines the different types of stop information elements and analyses the procedures for updating information for passengers.
