Financial advice for entrepreneurs and companies

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu společností poskytující finanční poradenství pro podnikatele a firmy. První kapitola je zaměřena na finance, jejich funkce a riziko. Z rizika vyplývá pojem finanční gramotnost, o kterém pojednává druhá kapitola. Třetí kapitola popisuje obor finanční poradenství, průběh poradenského procesu, charakteristiku poradenských služeb a samozřejmě také služby finančních poradců, které jsou blíže popsány ve čtvrté kapitole. Pátá kapitola ujasňuje státní regulace finančního poradenství a inovace v tomto oboru. V šesté kapitole jsou porovnány společnosti poskytující finanční poradenství pro firmy a podnikatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of companies providing financial advice for entrepreneurs and companies. The first chapter is focused on finance, its functions and risk. Risk implies the concept of financial literacy, which is discussed in the second chapter. The third chapter describes the field of financial advisory, the course of the advisory process, the characteristics of advisory services and, of course, the services of financial advisors, which are described in more detail in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter clarifies the state regulation of financial advisory and innovation in this field. The sixth chapter compares companies providing financial advice for companies and entrepreneurs.
