Abstract:
Teoretická část diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku brownfieldů a současný stav brownfieldů na území České republiky. Praktická část je zaměřená na konkrétní lokalitu typu brownfield. Součástí praktické části je popis stávající lokality a nový návrh využití tohoto území. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of brownfields and their current conditions in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on a specific brownfield site as well as includes a description of the existing site and a new proposal for the use of this area.
