Zámerom mojej bakalárskej práce je podať súhrnný obraz o Ústave Slovenskej republiky ako základnom zákone štátu. Pre lepšie pochopenie vzniku, existencie a ďalšieho vývoja slovenskej štátnosti bakalárska práca uvádza prehľad historických udalostí od prebúdzania národného povedomia slovenského národa až po konštituovanie samostatnej a suverénnej Slovenskej republiky.
