Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou územní samosprávy a některých jejích služeb, které poskytuje. Nezbytnou součástí úvodních kapitol je tak vysvětlení pojmů územní samospráva, obec a veřejné služby, jejich vlastnosti, znaky a kategorizace. This work deals with the characterization of selected services provided by local government. A part of it is an explanation of the terms local government, community and public services, their properties, characteristics and categorization.
