Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ochranu bankovek proti padělání z hlediska právních i ekonomických aspektů. V práci bude přiblížena právní úprava, která s tématem přímo souvisí, a její vývoj od roku 1993 do současnosti. This bachelor thesis examines protection of banknotes against counterfeiting from the point of view of legal and economic aspects. The thesis describes the legislation directly connected to the topic and its development from the year 1993 up to the present.
