DBD plasma treatment of polymer plates
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o změnách povrchových vlastností polymerů po modifikaci plazmovým bariérovým výbojem. Účelem modifikace je zvýšení adheze nátěrových hmot. Tyto změny byly zkoumány po dobu 60 dní metodami XPS, měřením kontaktního úhlu vody a Arcotestem. Síla adheze byla zkoumána odtrhovými testy nátěrových hmot.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned in changes of surface properties of polymers after DBD plasma modification. The purpose of modification is increase of paint adhesion. These changes were investigated for 60 days with XPS, water contact angle measurement and Arcotest. The power of adhesion was measured by tear off test of paint.
