Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Zaměstnanci a povinnosti související s jejich zaměstnáváním. Jejím zpracováním chci zdůraznit význam pracovně právních vztahů. Bakalářská práce řeší osobní nebo také personální evidenci o zaměstnancích, která představuje souhrn informací, kterými musí nebo potřebuje disponovat zaměstnavatel k plnění svých zaměstnavatelských povinností. Zaměstnavatel tyto informace uplatňuje ve vztahu k sobě samému, k zaměstnancům i k orgánům, které jsou oprávněny některé údaje vyžadovat.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is Employees and duties related to their employment. By elaborating of this topic I want to emphasize the importance of labour relations. The bachelor thesis also solves personal and personnel records of employees, which is a summary of information that an employer needs or has to have to fulfill their employer´s obligations. The employer uses given information for their own use, for an employee and also for all authorities with the entitlement to require the above mentione information.
