Předložená disertační práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele u smluv uzavřených mimo obchodní prostory. Klade si za cíl odpovědět na otázku, jakými specifickými právními prostředky je spotřebitel chráněn při uzavírání smluv mimo obchodní prostory v ČR a jak tato ochrana koresponduje s právem Evropské unie. The PhD thesis deals with consumer protection at off-premises contracts. It aims to answer the question by what specific legal means a consumer is protected when concluding contracts outside business premises in the Czech Republic and to what extent such protection corresponds to the European Union law.
