Tématem mojí diplomové práce je komparace společnosti s ručením omezeným a societa a responsabilita limitata. Celá moje práce je členěna do tří celků, přičemž první dva celky jsou zaměřeny na teoretické vymezení právní úpravy té dané země a poslední celek je částí praktickou, kde dochází k samotné komparaci, tedy cíli mé diplomové práce. The topic of my thesis is the comparison of a limited liability company and societa a responsabilita limitata.
