Rehabilitation and prevention of hip joint adductor muscles injuries in sport athletes with eccentric excercises

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to adductor injuries of the hip joint. Most often we see tendinopathies, distensions, partial ruptures or total ruptures. Theoretical part focuses on the problematic of tendinopathies - etiology, clinical symptoms, possible diagnostics, treatment and high-risk factors. The second half of the theoretical part, discusses muscle lesions, which present a wider spectrum of injuries with a higher prevalence. Mostly, it points out the high-risk factors, whose minimalization is important for prevention of injuries. The practical part focuses on two patients with adductor distension - in these cases a conformity of the high-risk factors with those mentioned in the theoretical part was sought. Based on the information found, medical and preventive methods are ordained for the individual patients.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa venuje zraneniam adduktorov bedrového kĺbu. Najčastejšie sa stretávame s tendinopatiami, distenziami, parciálnymi ruptúrami alebo totálnymi ruptúrami. V teoretickej časti rozoberá problematiku tendinopatii - etiológiu, klinické príznaky, možnú diagnostiku, liečbu a rizikové faktory. V druhej polovici teoretickej časti sa venuje svalovým léziám, ktoré predstavujú širšie spektrum zranení s vyššou prevalenciou. Zachytáva hlavne rizikové faktory, ktorých minimalizácia je podstatná na prevenciu zranení. Praktická časť sa zaoberá dvoma pacientami s distenziou adduktorov, pri ktorých sa hľadala zhoda rizikových faktorov s niektorými spomenutými v teoretickej časti. Na základe zistených informácii sú stanovené liečebné a preventívne postupy pri jednotlivých pacientoch.
