Mineralogical-petrographic characteristics of selected unpublished chondrite
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was a mineralogical and petrographic study and subsequent categorization of a chondrite originating from northwest Africa, based on which the chondrite will be included in the meteorite database. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo mineralogické a petrografické štúdium a následná kategorizácia chondritu pochádzajúceho zo severozápadnej Afriky, na základe ktorej bude zaradený do databázy meteoritov. Chondrit o celkovej hmotnosti 431 g bol zakúpený poľským zberateľom a amatérskym záujemcom o meteoritiku T. Jakubowskim v roku 2019 v Maroku. Na štúdium bol použitý fragment o hmotnosti 43 g.
