Má absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou kompetencí pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem této práce je popsat klíčové kompetence těchto pracovníků. Absolventská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá definicí pracovníka v sociálních službách. The College thesis deals with the issue of competencies of workers in social services. Its aim is to describe key competencies. This thesis is divided into three chapters.
