Military expenditure of the member countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je nejprve pojednáno o bezpečnosti a mezinárodních organizacích, činnosti, členech a financování Severoatlantické aliance. Následně je pozornost věnována vojenským výdajům jednotlivých států, které jsou analyzovány ve vazbě na hrubý domácí produkt a počet obyvatel států. Cílem je identifikovat a posoudit rozdíly v úrovni vojenských výdajů členských zemí organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis first deals with security and international organizations, activities, members and financing of the North Atlantic Alliance. Subsequently, attention is paid to the military spending of individual countries, which are analyzed in relation to the gross domestic product and the population of the states. The aim is to identify and assess differences in the level of military spending of the member countries of the organization.
