Protection of Witness in Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na roli svědka v trestním řízení, zejména na jeho ochranu. Práce mimo jiné pojednává také o právech a povinnostech svědka a následcích jejich porušení, dále o svědecké výpovědi, jejím hodnocení a významu. Stranou nezůstaly ani zvláštní způsoby dokazování, ve kterých svědek figuruje. Nastíněn je historický vývoj dokazování a výjimky z obecné svědecké povinnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the role of witness in criminal proceedings, especially on his protection. The work also deals with the rights and obligations of a witness and the consequences of their violations, as well as the testimony of witness, its assessment and significance.
