Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit účinnost a selektivitu vybraných kolon plněných povrchově porézními částicemi. Selektivita kolon byla charakterizována pomocí lineárního modelu volných energií s cílem vybrat kombinaci kolon s rozdílnými typy převažujících interakcí, které by byly vhodné pro použití v dvourozměrné kapalinové chromatografii. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis was to evaluate efficiency and selectivity of selected columns packed with the porous shell particles. Selectivity was characterized using linear free energy relationship model to choose the combination of columns with different types of prevailing interactions, suitable for application in two-dimensional liquid chromatography.
