Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací ke studiu oboru sociální politika a sociální práce. V práci jsou blíže popsané pojmy jako sociální práce, její vznik a historie, dále osobnostní předpoklady sociálních pracovníků a samostatná kapitola je věnována problematice motivů a motivaci, jejím zdrojům a teoriím. The Thesis deals with the motivation to study the field of social policy and social work. In this work are described concepts such as social work, its origin and history, as well as personal skills of social workers and a separate chapter is dedicated to the motives and motivation, its resources and theories.
