Podnikatelský Plán na Rychlé Občerstvení: SushiGO

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán na otevření "fusion bistro SushiGO" a dále zhodnotit jeho životaschopnost na českém trhu. Podnikatelský plán je členěn do 3 částí: Teoretická část, jeho applikace do Business Model Canvas a Business Plan: SushiGO. Teorie především vysvětluje podnikání z různých úhlů pohledů jako je ekonomika, ale také sociologie a psychologie. Dále se moje práce zabývá historií Sushi, jeho působení ve světě a dále jeho podoba v důsledku globalizace. V druhé polovině teoretické části popisuji různé analytické metody, užitečné ke zhodnocení podnikatelského nápadu. Ve své praktické části jsem nejprve sestrojil zjednodušenou verzi podnikatelského plánu pomocí Business Model Canvas pomocí 9 stěžejních bloků. Poté následuje podnikatelský plán, který popisuje rostoucí popularitu Asijské kuchyně na území České Republiky. Moje primární analýza trhu pomocí dotazníkového šetření toto tvrzení potvrzuje. Práce také obsahuje náležitosti jako je například analýza konkurence, 4P, 5 forces, analýza, SWOT, apod. V závěru mohu říci, že podnikatelský plán je možné zrealizovat a má potenciál přinést pozitivní finanční prostředky.

Abstract:

The aim of the paper is to create a business plan for opening fusion bistro called SushiGO and to assess its viability on the Czech market. The business plan is divided into 3 main parts: Theoretical background, Business Model Canvas, and Business Plan: SushiGO. Theories used in the project review various means of Entrepreneurship, Business Plan, Globalization of Sushi and set of tools relevant to the business plan. A simplified business model of SushiGO is provided through 9 building blocks of the Business Model Canvas. However, more detailed explanation of my business idea is explained in the Busines Plan: SushiGO. The business plan follows a standard structure of the business plan, where I firstly analyzed Czech market in relevance to Asian food trends, fast food and common eating habits of Czech consumers. I was also able to construct a primary data analysis through a questionnaire, which has proven that Czech students do prefer Asian cuisine as opposed to other international cuisines. I also provide analysis of the main competitors located near our point of sale and defined a recommended action plan for competing with each of them. The market 4P’s provide descriptions of the product, place price and promotion. With the outcome of my financial plan, I concluded that the business plan for opening a fusion bistro SushiGO is viable and will likely bring attractive profits to the owner.
