Předkládaná diplomová práce se týká problematiky onemocnění Lymeská borrelióza a leptospiróza u kočky domácí. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomickou, fyziologickou a především imunologickou charakterizaci kočky, se zřetelem na dopad Lymeské borreliózy a leptospirózy na imunitní systém kočky. Presented diploma thesis targets the Lyme borreliosis and leptospirosis diseases in domestic cat. The theoretical part of the thesis includes anatomical, physiological and mainly immunological characterization of the domestic cat.
