Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reaktivními sloučeninami kyslíku (dále jen ROS), které hrají důležité role v lidské fyziologii a patologii. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o ROS, jejich vzniku, fyziologii a patologii. Svými fyziologickými účinky mohou usmrcovat bakterie a v malém množství působí jako signální molekuly. This thesis deals with the reactive oxygen species (ROS), which play important roles in a human physiology and pathology. In the theoretical part there are summarized findings about the ROS, their formation, physiology and pathology.
