Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových zaměstnanců. Tento proces se zabývá zaučením, začleněním a zlepšením nových zaměstnanců. Tato práce se zaměřuje na Českou poštu, s.p. a to na pracovníky přepážkové a na listovní doručovatele.
Abstract:
This work deals with the adaptation process of new employees. This process deals with the training, inclusion, and improvement of new employees. This work focuses on the Czech post, s.p. for counter staff and for letter delivery comparisons.
