Tématem diplomové práce je analýza podnikatelského plánu malé rodinné firmy, která podniká v oblasti gastronomie. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy jako jsou všeobecná analýza okolí podniku včetně jeho jednotlivých složek a podrobná struktura podnikatelského plánu s několika uvedenými metodami a analýzami. Das Thema der Diplomarbeit ist die Analyse den Gesellschaftszweck eines kleinen Familienunternehmen, das im Gastronomiegebiet unternimmt.
