Czech business environment from the point of view of expatriates

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to find out how to set up own business and how to run it legally and successfully from the point of view of expatriates, and to identify possible issues they are likely to face in the Czech business environment in the context their mentality, managing styles, habits and culture base. The theoretical part of my diploma thesis is focused on the Czech environment from the point of view of perception of expatriates and especially on terms and conditions of doing business in Czech Republic including its specifics and topical issues. The practical part contains analysis of the environment of businesses run by foreigners in the Czech Republic and results of indepth interviews with 4 expatrietes of different nationalities. Based on that I suggested recommendations for expatriates who wish to start own business and succeed in the Czech Republic.
