Abstract:

V úvodní části své práce charakterizuji drogy, syndrom závislosti a jeho klasifikaci, neopomíjím ani na legislativu drogové problematiky. Druhá kapitola seznamuje s pojmem sociální práce, která tvoří nedílnou součást všech sociálních služeb a léčebných programů. Aby čtenář mohl vnímat léčebný proces v širším kontextu, je zapotřebí ještě definovat sociální službu a její legislativní ukotvení, které slouží jako výchozí bod aplikační části bakalářské práce. Aplikační část mapuje aktuální rozsah jednotlivých služeb a léčebných programů ve městě Ostrava, zároveň umožňuje přesně pojmenovat absenci některé specializované služby pro uživatele návykových látek. V závěru práce se tak dostává prostoru pro návrh nedostačující služby. Cílem práce není najít jediné správné řešení situace, ale nabídnout jeden z možných pohledů na absenci sociální služby a tím i léčebný proces.

Abstract:

At the beginning of the thesis, I am to characterize drugs, dependence syndrome and its classification as well as drug legislation. The second chapter introduces social work that is integral to all social services and treatment. Close attention is paid to social services and their legislation, both in theoretical and analytical parts, since these are essential for better perception and understanding of the treatment. The analytical part of the thesis outlines the current range of social services and treatment in Ostrava. Moreover, the absence of certain services for addicts is indicated and therefore new solutions to improve insufficient services are offered. The main objective of the thesis is not to find the only right solution but to offer one of the perspectives on the absence of social services and treatment.
