Recognition in criminalistic practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení rekognice z pohledu kriminalistické praxe a jejího zakotvení v trestním řádu. Hlavním úkolem je zhodnotit důležitost a provádění rekognice a taktéž chyby, které v průběhu této činnosti mohou vznikat. Obsahem práce je seznámení se základními informacemi o rekognici, jejím dělením a druhy. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na pravidla při provádění této kriminalisticko-taktické metody a vady, jež mohou v důsledku jejich nedodržení nastat. Praktická část obsahuje provedení výzkumu směřovaného zejména na provádění a uplatnění rekognice za pomoci metody rozhovoru. Výsledkem tohoto výzkumu je posouzení, jak je rekognice využívána v praxi a do jaké míry jsou dodržována její pravidla.

Abstract:

Annotation This bachelor thesis focuses on the definition of recognition from the perspective of criminalistic practice and its establishment in the Criminal Procedure Code. The main objective is to evaluate the importance and implementation of rekognition and also the mistakes that may occur in the course of this activity. The content of the thesis is to introduce the basic information about the recognition, its types and division. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the principles of this criminal-tactical method and the defects that may occur as a result of their lack of compliance. The practical part includes the research aimed primarily at the implementation and application of recognition using the interview method. The result of this research is an examination of how the recognition is used in practice and to what extent its rules are followed.
