The diploma thesis "EU Cohesion Policy and Support for Innovative Entrepreneurship in the New Member States" compares the operational programs for the period 2014-2020 of Lithuania, Slovenia and Estonia in general, but especially in areas focused on research and innovation and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.
