Analysis of Production Process for the Selected Equipment in the Austin Detonator s. r. o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu výrobního procesu pro vybrané zařízení ve firmě Austin Detonator s. r. o., které systematicky sestavuje a testuje elektronické rozbušky E*Star. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická části popisuje štíhlý podnikový proces, štíhlou výrobu, výrobní proces se zaměřením na jednotlivé druhy plýtvání ve výrobě, metody průmyslového inženýrství, které jsou použity v části praktické a základní poznatky týkající se Průmyslu 4.0. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu výrobního zařízení, která je následně blíže zaměřena na vstupní operace obsluhy. Cílem je identifikovat plýtvání, která během výrobního procesů vznikají a navrhnout řešení na jeho zlepšení, pomocí metod přímého měření, Paretova diagramu a Ishikawa diagram. Hlavním cílem této práce je snížení cyklového času na vstupní operaci o 24 % a snížení výskytu "čekání" o 10 %. V závěru práce je zpracováno zhodnocení návrhů.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the production process for the selected equipment in the Austin Detonator s. r. o., which systematically assembles and tests electronic detonators called E*Star. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes a Lean business process, Lean manufacturing, a manufacturing process with focus on individual types of waste in manufacture, methods of industrial engineering that are used in the practical part and basic knowledge of Industry 4.0. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the manufacturing equipment is carried out, which is afterwards more closely focused on the input operations of operators. The goal is to identify species of waste that are generated during production process and make a proposal solution to improve it, by using direct measurement methods, the Pareto diagram and the Ishikawa diagram. The main purpose of this thesis is to reduce the cycle time in the input of the manufacture by 24 % and decrease the occurrence of waiting by 10 %. An evaluation of the proposals is carried out at the end of the work.
