Risk identification and management in a service business

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat a prozkoumat rizika a metody řízení rizik v podniku služeb na příkladu společnosti „Belogservice" a navrhnout systém řízení rizik.Ve své práci jsem prozkoumávala pojem „riziko“ a teoretické základy rizik, provédla analýzu a hodnocení rizik, vznikajících při fungování "Belogservice“. Analyzovála a poskytnula jsem ekonomickou charakteristiku podniku, na základě které býl prováděn výzkum a na základě údajů finančních reportů provédla vyhodnocení rizika pro podnik. Na konci práci jsem nabídla návrhy na zlepšení, které povedou ke zvýšení finanční situace a poklesu pohledávek v organizaci. V teoretické části práci jsou rozebrané základy rizik v podniku služeb, klasifikace,skupiny,hlavní funkce rizik a taký jejích způsoby a metody řízení. V analytické části jsou uvedeny charakteristika a analýza obchodních rizik organizace “Belogservice”. Poslední část práce je návrhová část, ve které jsem uvedla návrh opatření na zlepšení stávající situacijí v podniků.

Abstract:

The main focus of my thesis is to identify and research risk management tools in a service business on the example of „Belogservice" company and to propose bringing it to the system of risk management.My tesis additionally explains the precise definition of „risk“ and theoretical aspects related to it.Also, i have analysed the evaluation of risks,which appeared in the functioning of "Belogservice“ company.On the basis of financial reports, I researched and carried out the economical description of enterpise. In the end of my work I offered proposals, that are likely to trigger the financial growth and decrease borrower’s notes in the company. In theoretical part of my work i analyzed basic risks within service business: classification, types, main functions ,different approaches and methods of risk management – were identified. Analytical part of thesis describes core characteristics and analyses trade risks of eneterprise “Belogservice”. The last chapter of my work is the proposal part, in which I offered the system of risk management, which will direct to positive changes in company
