Some of special methods of proving and their application in Criminology

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je, na základě teoretické analýzy dostupných literárních zdrojů, zjistit teoretická východiska zvláštních způsobů dokazování a jejich využití v kriminologii. Podrobněji se bude věnovat konfrontaci, rekognici, vyšetřovacímu pokusu, kriminalistické rekonstrukci a prověrce a na místě. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou samostatných částí, kterými jsou teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaobírá základními teoretickými východisky, ale také přípravou, taktickým postupem, dokumentací a v neposlední řadě hodnocením jednotlivých metod. Závěr práce tvoří kazuistika případu vraždy, se zaměřením na využití rekognice.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is, on the basis of a theoretical analysis of available literature sources, to identify the theoretical background of special methods of evidence and their use in criminology. Confrontation, re-cognition, investigative experiment, criminal reconstruction and on-site examination will be discussed in detail. The thesis is divided into two separate parts, which are the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic theoretical background, but also with the preparation, tactical procedure, documentation and last but not least the evaluation of the individual methods. The thesis concludes with a case study of a murder case, focusing on the use of rekognost.
