První část práce vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky a zásobování, vysvětluje cíle a funkci logistiky a logistického řetězce v podniku, úkoly zásobování, řízení zásob a složení logistických nákladů. Druhá část popisuje provoz vybraného podniku a následně vyhodnocení nákladů na udržování zásob a nákladů na dopravu. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of logistics and supply, explains the objectives and function of logistics and logistics chain in the company, supply tasks, inventory management and logistics cost composition.
